The property sets a fixed daily rate of €220. A minimum booking of 2 days is required (reservations of shorter duration will be canceled). Along with the total price, a €200 security deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay. The days highlighted in yellow on the calendar are only available for checking out of the property.

Pets
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

  • All waste must be disposed of in the proper containers.

  • Do not smoke near curtains, wooden furniture, or flammable areas.

  • Please inform staff of any incidents related to smoking.

Pool

  • Using the pool is at guests’ own responsibility.

  • No running around the pool or dangerous games are allowed.

  • Showering before entering the pool is mandatory to keep the water clean.

  • Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • Eating or drinking in the pool is prohibited; use designated areas for that.

  • The use of glass objects around the pool area is strictly prohibited. The property will provide guests with plastic materials (cups, plates) for use in the pool area.
  • Use of the pool heating pump to warm the water is an extra service and may incur an additional cost. Please request information if interested.
Use of Facilities and Furniture
  • The client is responsible for the care of the furniture, furnishings, utensils, equipment, and facilities made available inside and outside the house. In case of damage, the client agrees to repair or pay for the damage caused, as well as to return the property in the same condition in which it was found.
  • It is forbidden to take indoor furniture outside the house and/or move indoor or outdoor furniture from its original location, with the sole exception of chairs.
  • Cleaning supplies are provided so that the house can be left in the same condition, tidy and clean.
  • Special care is recommended when using the barbecue. It must always be supervised to avoid fire hazards and should not be left lit unnecessarily.
Safety in Nature
  • It is strictly forbidden to light fires outside the house or to use any type of fireworks.
  • The property is equipped with fire extinguishers outside and a fire blanket in the kitchen. Please pay special attention to the instructions for use so that, in case of an accident, you know how to operate them. Tampering with fire safety systems is prohibited unless there is an actual emergency. In case of accident, call the emergency number 112.
  • It is strictly forbidden to walk outside the paved areas, especially along rocky zones. This helps prevent landslides and falls due to steep slopes. Climbing on walls is also prohibited for the same reasons. The property assumes no responsibility for accidents caused by failure to comply with these rules.
Maintenance
  • The house maintenance service will visit the property every 3 days to clean and maintain the pool and common areas. Maintenance work will be carried out between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. We will do our best to work as quietly as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
  • We appreciate receiving any constructive feedback or suggestions regarding El Reencuentro Casa Rural. We value your opinion and perspective in order to improve and make your stay as satisfactory as possible.
  • If something breaks or stops working, you must inform us so that we can repair or replace it, ensuring that future guests can enjoy the house to the fullest.
  • Please do not feed any animals you may see on the property.
  • It is forbidden to leave garbage bags on the terraces, as animals may scatter them at night. Covered waste containers are available in the parking area—please place the bags there.
Personal Belongings
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings under any circumstances (loss, theft, etc.).
    If any belongings are left behind after check-out and we find them, we will notify you to arrange their return.
