Rural House “El Reencuentro” – Terms and Conditions
The rural house “El Reencuentro” is intended exclusively for private holiday use. No other activities, whether for profit or not, are allowed other than vacation enjoyment. Parties of any kind are not permitted without the express consent of the property owner.
– Number of Guests:
The client must notify the owner of the total number of people staying in the house at the time of booking. Exceeding the stated number of guests without prior notice will result in termination of the contract and total loss of any amounts paid. The property will also be exempt from any claims. Likewise, the client is responsible for providing the ID numbers of all guests over 14 years old, as required by the National Police registry. This information must be provided at the time of booking.
The house includes 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people.
– Rental Agreement:
The holiday rental agreement is valid from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and the property (late check-out may incur an extra fee).
– Cancellation Policy:
The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking through the available payment methods on the payment gateway.
Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within the week prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations within the last 2 days or a no-show will result in the total loss of the amount paid.
Acceptance of the reservation implies the client’s express agreement with these cancellation conditions.
– Reservation Process & Security Deposit:
Once a booking request is submitted through the website (www.elreencuentrocasarural.com), the client will receive an email confirming receipt. Within 24 hours, the property will send acceptance and instructions to finalize the reservation. A €200 security deposit will be charged to the client. This deposit will be refunded via bank transfer or Bizum within approximately 48 hours after check-out, provided no damage or extraordinary cleaning costs are incurred. If damages exceed the deposit, the client agrees to cover the difference.
– Care of Property:
The client is responsible for the proper use and care of the furniture, appliances, utensils, equipment, and facilities both inside and outside the house. Any damage must be repaired or paid for by the client, and the house must be returned in the same condition as received.
– Furniture Use:
It is forbidden to move interior furniture outside or relocate furniture inside/outside the house, with the exception of chairs.
– Cleaning:
Cleaning supplies are provided so that the house can be left in order and clean.
– Fire & Smoking Policy:
It is strictly forbidden to light fires outside the house or use fireworks.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
All waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins.
Smoking near curtains, wooden furniture, or flammable areas is prohibited.
Guests are asked to report any smoke-related incidents to staff.
– Swimming Pool Use:
Pool use is under the sole responsibility of guests.
Running or dangerous play around the pool is not allowed.
Showering before entering the pool is mandatory to maintain water cleanliness.
Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Eating and drinking in the water is prohibited; use designated areas instead.
Glass objects are strictly forbidden in the pool area. The property provides plastic cups and plates for poolside use.
Use of the pool heating pump is an extra service and may incur additional costs. Please request information if interested.
– Barbecue:
Special care must be taken when using the barbecue. It must always be supervised and never left unattended.
– Fire Safety:
The property is equipped with fire extinguishers outside and a fire blanket in the kitchen. Please read the instructions carefully in case of an accident. Tampering with fire safety systems is prohibited unless necessary.

– Maintenance:
The maintenance team will visit the property every 3 days to clean and maintain the pool and common areas. Maintenance is scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and efforts will be made to minimize disturbances.
– Feedback:
We welcome constructive criticism and suggestions regarding El Reencuentro Casa Rural. Your opinion helps us improve and make your stay as satisfactory as possible.
– Repairs:
If something breaks or stops working, please inform us so we can repair or replace it for the benefit of future guests.
– Security:
For everyone’s safety, video surveillance cameras are installed in the parking area and at the house entrance.
– Personal Belongings:
The property is not responsible for personal belongings in any case (loss, theft, etc.).
If belongings are left behind after check-out and found, we will contact you to return them.
– Common Areas:
Please do not feed any animals you may see on the property.
Do not leave garbage bags on the terraces, as animals may scatter them at night. Covered trash bins are available in the parking area—please use them.
Walking outside paved areas, especially on rocky zones, is strictly forbidden due to the risk of landslides or falls. Climbing on walls is also prohibited. The property assumes no responsibility for accidents caused by failure to follow these rules.
– Right of Access:
The property reserves the right to enter the premises in cases of rule violations or disorder.
